Hi All,

This is my first post on this group,Firstly I thank the moderator of
the group to start such a forum, where we can have free voice and share
our bad experiences.

I have recently had a very bad experience with one of the Visa
consultant Carlson Wagonlite.

Because of carelessness of the staff If I miss my Visa and the travel
as well(which is costimg me a lot of money as well as mentle loss),

Can we take any legal action against them?
