I do have applied for membership on 5th Dec 08 & requested to cancel the same within 10days on 8th Dec 08. Request number provided to me is 'MHRIL=001-116-439'. If you want to file a case against the parent company then you have to do some basic formalities, send a written notice to the parent company via registered post, mention all the details in the notice, and ask them for the full refund with interest, the notice will support our case in the court.

Thanks for your feedback. Please let us know whether we need to send a kind of letter in a form of notice to parent company with all supporting information such as copies of mail trails etc.. & also do we need to provide any dead line for the same. Please confirm.

I haven't yet send any letter to club mahindra through registered post but I will send it to make the case stronger.

I want to ask Admin that I have an email from the club Mahindra giving me a date for issuing me a refund cheque. Is this email not enough to drag them to consumr court?

I am facing the same problem with ClubMahindra. I gave my cancellation request on 19th January 2009. From then I followed them numerous times but they are not responding in a responsible way. I want to take up this issue to consumer court.

Can you also mention to which branch are you following up as the refund is getting processed by respective branch. For Mumbai residents, its Vashi Branch & you can call up on 67805800, receptionist named to be Sadaf will pickup your call & try to get in touch with Manish or Badri .... I have been tracing them for my refund.

I have opted for cancellation of my membership within 10 days of my application.According to the policy document of club mahindra, amount paid by me should be refunded in total within 31 days of cancellation.
My cancellation was registered on 15th of Jan, 2009 and still money is awaited. Despite of calling their customer care so many times,no certain date of refund is given.
This is the way they work. There is no professionalism, No business ethics. They themselves don't follow their own policies. They don't honor any commitment. This is a complete fraud company. Such fraud companies should not be allowed to do business.

Plz suggest what can be done.

I have canceled my membership of clubmahindra on 18th Feb 2009 and received
a call from your customer care that i will receive my refund via check
within 45 days.
But now 70 days are gone and i have not received refund amount from your
side.
i have called customer on 15th April and they told me that i will receive a
call from the concern department within 24-48 hours, but i have not receive
any call from your side .
Again i call on 17th April, 22 April and on 27 April but i got the same
thing that i will receive a call within 24 hours.
Are you really need 10-15 days to call?
will you please tell me when i will receive my amount?
70 days are already gone, will you give me the interest on my money?

I am filing the complain in consumer court as i have not received any
call/information from your side regarding my refund.
Please give me the details/date about the refund amount as soon as possible.

Dear Sir/Madam,



I've cancelled Club Mahindra Mambership in December and now waitng for refund of
first installment since December. They keep on giving me new dates first in
January, then in Feb 1st week,3rd week, March, April, May 1st week and latest
promise is for May 10th.



I can just can reach to feedback department only by phone and I've written emails
to zone head but no reply from them.



I want to know how I can take them to the court,get my refund and stop them from
doing this with other people.They have big name in entertainment industry but
never thought they have such bad management.
