Hi All,

I would like to let you know how much I suffered during tickets booking for
going to native on Diwali holidays.
I am working a MNC in Chennai.My Parents have booked tickets from Chennai to
Srivilliputtur(my native) and from there to
Chennai for Nov 7 th and Nov11th respectively.
First the travels agent took money Rs.800/- from us.
He did not give any slip.
When we asked again and again,he gave a slip as acknowlegement for taking money
from us.We booked the tickets on 5th october.But We got the tickets on Nov1 st
evening.
My parents have sent that ticket by courier.I got it on Monday.
He has given a printout with a note that I need to go to T.Nagar and collect the
boarding pass.
We paid Rs.800 and in ticket it was mentioned as Rs.750.
Destination we booked for is Srivilliputtur and it is mentioned as Madurai in
the ticket.
The highlight is they have given in another name as Mr.Siva and not in my name.
I am caught up with my Office work and I cannot go here and there to take
tickets.
So I thought of asking my parents to book the tickets.
But K.P.N travels has made me suffer too much.
So many Phone calls to ask them about the tickets.
So many times,they made my parents to come to their office to give this
printout.(For getting Boarding pass, the agent asked me to go to Tambaram
branch,but Tambaram branch people diverted me to T.Nagar branch)
Due to the tension created by K.P.N travels, expenses incurred and not giving
the valid ticket ,for these reasons, I thought
of filing a case against their travels in Consumer Court.
I have the copies of K.P.N travels provided printout.
They gave irresponsible answers and they put me in trouble.
I have spent Rs600/- again to go home on Diwali holidays by other bus.
Anyways, I wanted to let you know the bitter experience happened for me.
They were asking that is my responsibility to collect Boarding pass from where I
booked tickets.
If I ask travels Person in Srivilliputtur, he is pointing to person in Chennai
and vice versa.
Kindly let me know how to get back the money given to that travels and how to
fire a complaint against their service.
