I had booked ticket from easemytrip.com for my friend. Journey details are as follows.
Booking date 6th aug,2010.
Journey date 13 aug,2010.
Flight source and destination - Mumbai to Chandigarh.
PNR number : 1RCIJR.
Flight : Go Air

The same PNR was issued for one person MS ROLLY GUPTA whose journey details are as follows.
Journey date 19Aug2010
Flight source and destination - Mumbai to Jaipur.
PNR number : 1RCIJR
Flight : Go Air

Strange was, My friend and MS ROLLY GUPTA had same PNR number with different flights.

Actually, Our booking was wrong.. But Ticket issued by easemytrip.com had same PNR number. My friend was at airport and he didn't have ticket by paying approx Rs. 4700 to easemytrip.com. We talked to easemytrip customer care. They told us we can only refund the previous ticket amount. Thats it. What was that??? If my friend go with the flight, he reached by 11:20 and he had a meeting in jammu and he booked a ticket in volvo bus at 13:00 from chandigarh in around Rs.1200. Which was gone. Meeting was cancelled. Next flight ticket payed by him in around Rs.5700.

My question is, Who is responsible for all the cost??
This should not have happened to generate existing PNR for ticket.

I am requesting you to please take strict action on easemytrip.com. As They are issuing tickets with same PNR which is totally illelegal with security point of view. I have both the tickets with me for the proof. If necessary we can contact to Go Air also.
