my name is imran
i had purchased a membership no 1575859 from club mahindran from the associate of club mahindra and paid one time amount of rs 25524.
they have promissed me 14 days stay and a 26 inch sony LCD tv .i had confirmed about the offer from the call centre and also asked for a mail from Mr Rishi Dhawan an employee of club mahindra.

Mr Dhawan has sent me a mail of the offer
but after the realization of the payments on 10-10-2009 i recieved the membership paper but not the LCD Tv so i contacted the associate .
he said that i will get the TV within 45 days but even after 45 days when i did'nt got the TV i again contacted the associate & he said that i should contact the lucknow branch as he has left the Club mahindra

on contacting the branch i was iasked to oay 2 emi of 5600 Rs then only i can get the Tv
i aske the branch people to cancel my membership and return my money but they are refusing to do so and lingering the matter month on month

please guide me how to proceed so that i can get my money back

It has been more than a month but no resolution from ur end . one of the executive nilofar did called me up to ask me some detail but it has been more than a month since than and i hav not got my money back

will any one addresss to the greiveances in or organisation
or simply looting he money of consumer is the core business of club mahindra:@
