Hi,
My sister booked flight ticket from travelchacha.com on 16 july however due to some reason she has to cancel the ticket.
she cancel the ticket on 21-july.
ticket was from New delhi to Chennai and from Chennai to New delhi.
Today is the 10th day and till now Refund has not been credit to my card.

You need to check weather the ticket was refundable or non refundable, in case the ticket is refundable then send some emails to the customer care and ask them for the refund with damages and interest.
