I had booked my railway tickets from chennai to bangalore on Wed, 30 Jun 10 tatkal through Makemytrip.com

The problem with this booking was it was failed when i booked and the same got confirmed after one hour and the money was deducted from my bank account. By this time i had booked another means of transport thinking that the booking was failed.
I called the customer care on the journey date and told then the problem they cancelled the ticket and assured me of the full money back by 09 july as the ticket got confirmed after one hour of booking. Till today i have been calling the customer care of make my trip and they have been raising the complaints and keep saying that give us two more days.
I will be happy if some action against this kind is taken. As they are very much irresponsible in handling the customers.
