Hi,

Akbar travels is a big fraud as they commit something else and provide something else. I took a honeymoon package from them for Thailand. The package was of 5 nights and 6 days, which had the bifurcation as 3 nights at Pattaya and 2 nights as Bangkok(including travell and hotel stay and some other local tours). The same deal was given by them in written in the mail (in the holiday voucher too) and they have charged to me accordingly. On reaching there at Pattaya, i was told that the tour is having 2 night stay in Pattaya and 3 nights at Bangkok. When i complaint for that, i was told that it was mistake and these guys told me to have the 3 nights stay at Pattaya i need to pay extra for the 3rd night fare of hotel. The incident is of their lucknow office and the concern people are Mr. Anand and Ms. Shreya who work there. Please suggest me what can be done.
