I made a booking on 7th of june with make my trip booking Id FLT00016457048.No confrimation was received for this booking and no eticket was provided.I gave them the instruction that I will not continue with this booking .They told please check if any amount is dedecuted from credit card we will refund it.On 10 th june I checked the credit card stataement and Fare was charged in the same.I wrote a letter to refund the money on 10 th june.They have not refund the money and now they are saying that you have booked a ticket on 9 th june which is wrong I have not booked any ticket on 9th june they themselves have booked a ticket from my credit card on 9th june and no eticket wa sprovided to me for 9th june ticket even I was not aware of this so I booked another ticket on 11 june and travelled by that.The y have not reacted also th my mail sent on 10th june.I feel totally cheated by them and they have mishandled my credit crad.

We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Make My Trip, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the refund with damages and Interest within the mentioned time in the notice.

Wait for their response and revert us back.
