I booked one return trip from bagalore to jaipur on 7 th june2010 through make my trip booking id: FLT000016457048.I didnot get the confirmation of ticket and no e- ticket was provided to me.I got the message after the booking that please talk to helpline to avoid duplicate booking.I talked to helpline and said I have not received the confirmation .So they said that it is some technical error and incase the money from your credit card is charged please send us the statement we will refund it back.I checked the credit card statement on 10 th june and found that money has been deducted .So I sent them a mail saying that Please refund the money back as the ticket is not confirmed.I have not received the money till now and now they are saying that you booked a ticket on 9 th june with booking id MakeMyTrip Booking ID : FLT000016513254.This ticket was not booked by me at all nor I got any eticket for this booking.I want the refund of money charged to my credit card as they themselves have booked the ticket on 9th june and charged my credit card.No eticket was laso provided to me .So I booked another ticket( after sending a mail of refund on 10 th june
as stated earlier) on 11th june( thru net banking and and not by credit card) and traved by that.I need My money back for 9th june booking as this booking was not made by me.I have the mail communication of 10 th june for refund as well as copy of message from make my trip on 7th june that you have attempteded previously and for avoiding duplicate booking talk to Helpline.
