Hi All,

Recently, the travel agency portal - Yata has come up with a promotional offer called "3G Offer" - where in they offer guaranteed collection of offers once a person buys one of their travel products (flight ticket, train ticket, hotel booking).

So, accordingly I book a flight ticket (Delhi-Bangalore) from Yatra and I also got their guaranteed collection of offers to my mail id. But, when I tried to claim the free flight ticket (Leh-Delhi, Kingfisher was the only flight operating on the day of my travel) that was part of their offer, they replied back to me saying that Yatra has tie-ups with Go Air and Indigo only for this offer. THIS IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

So I believe Yatra is taking people for a ride and cheating people by not providing proper details of offer.

Please let me know if I can submit this case to the consumer court.
