We took this Shimla-Manali-Dalhousie-Chandigarh trip by Nutan Travels. Nutan Travels has their office in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Baroda, Delhi. They had mentioned to us that they will be providing us with Delux 3 Star Hotels at every destination. However, when we reached all of the above destinations, we were given the lowest grade hotels. They cannot be called delux or 3 star hotels at all. The hotels were so bad that it was impossible to stay there.

The worst of all was Ocean Blue in Manali. It was the worst hotel ever.

When we complained to Nutan Travels about the stay, all they argued was that they had mentioned the hotel names on their brochure. But how is anyone supposed to know that the hotel they have mentioned on their brochure is good or not? No one is going to come to Manali to check how the hotel is! I checked the hotel website and it is nothing like the pictures on the website. It was a very shabby place and the rooms smelled of urine. There were rats and cockroaches running around the kitchen. The hotel did not have house keeping and so there was no one to clean the bathrooms also! I would definitely not call such a hotel as delux.

I would like to warn all the readers that Nutan Travels has a very Fancy website and brochure. Please do not get fooled by that. If you go for this hoilday package, all you will want is to get back home asap.

we do have few in hotel from navbharat and their food service is excellent.

one of the worst touring experience we had faced during our recent tour of andaman nikobar.
1] below average hotels
2] low quality food.. daily only shabji roti no variety that too repeated subji with no taste..
3] having no good response from the management people.

after meeting with other tourist at andaman who were coming from gujarat we were amazed by knowing the facility provided by other travels..

for example per person we were charged 20000 rs with non ac room that is chennai to andaman and return by flight where else other travels providing ac room and ahmedabad to chennai to andaman n return back in flight in 22000 rs. quite amazed? and there food policy was to provide 120 rs per person for lunch and dinner say a family having 3 members so they have total amount of 360 rs. with those 360 rs they can order anything from hotel's menu.. quite flexible management by other travels like joshi travels from baroda, panjari travels from ahmedabad. while nutan travels was lacking in all the aspects...
If you want to suffer then only approach nutan travels thats my final verdict...
dont prefer even they are paying you or calling you free of cost... highly disappointinted and this is the voice of all our 250 tourist batch of november 2011 not only mine..

We went for Manali Trip. We got avg hotel. When we went for booking, we have informed like you get 3star hotel every where and food with diff choice. But none of the place we get good hotel or proper food. Never go with this travel agency. Not a single place proper management is done by travel agency.
