Please help me to get back my money

I got married on 4 June 2010, and planned for the honeymoon on 7 June 2010, for which I made arrangement through PeaceMan Travels, Delhi (Manish Bhandari) for Simla-Klu-Manali-Delhi-Chandigarh. Total tour costs 44,000 INR, out of which I was asked to wire transfer 60% of the money, which I did, during the month of Feb 2010, but as days goes by I have to change the travel dates for some rituals which I over looked, so I called Manish (Peaceman Travels) again for the change of dates during the month of March 2010, for which Manish said, that should'nt be a problem, will rebook the air-tickets and hotel rooms, accordingly based on my new dates.

And so, I asked him to book for 10 June 2010, which Manish accepted, but after two days he called and asked for more money as the date I was given is in peak season, so he has to pay the hotels in full, so I transfered another 10000 INR, to his account, totally paid him 34,900 INR.

Till on the eve of travel, that is on 9 June 2010, we havent got the Flight tickets or Hotel details, Manish was not reachable, we tried till late night that night, but no response from him, finally we got email from him, saying that he is not able to extend his service now, and wants new dates, which irritated me to the core, that he should have told us in advance, so that we would have planned accordingly, and not at the last moment, more over he is not answering our calls, and he is so cunning, that he call forwards to his another cell, which remains switched off or not reachable all the time, I some how managed to find this, and started sending SMS, I could see the delivery messages but he returned no call.

All this plans were arranged by my Wife, so he knows her number, now he is calling her during late nights, and harrassing her, telling her that he is not a cheat and will return the money with 10 % Interest, but when asked, when he will return, he wont response and disconnect the call and becomes unavailable.

We are in chennai and this travel guy is in Delhi, we dont know to reach him, he is not answering the calls, we are not sure how to get back our money, and we definetely what this guy to be punished for the mental agony we suffered, our new life which should have been started happily, is now full of agony and frustration.

Please provide us guidance to get back our money, and how can he be punished for swindling the money and causing mental harrasment.

I didn't think so.PeacemanTravel is a reliable company.I make a lot of tour with this Company and i was provided by best arrangements..I will again like to tour with this company.Mr Manesh is very turstworthy person.He fulfill all his commitments.Not agreed with Mr.krishna.
