Few weeks back I used”Makemytrip.com” to book some airline tickets and made an online Payment. At the time the site stated the tickets were Book and I was charged the money.
In few min when I checked my mail for tickets, I saw a mail from make my trip that stated that the ticket could not be booked due to some technical fault. So I called make my trip to check when will I receive my money back. Firstly there is no one who can take any responsibility to an error. Then they told me that as mentioned in the Mail send to you, you will receive your money in two days.
Its been more than 2 weeks not I have not seen a single paisa of it. Every time you call they pass you on from person to person.
There negligence and incompetence have effected me financially.
Now I have to loan money form my friend. I need help and have no clue how to handle this company.
This is not the first time this has happened I know few of my acquaintance who have suffered due to this organization. They are a fraud organization who is incapable to handle their technical issues.

i booked my in-law's tickets few days ago. This morning makemytrip called and said that the flight is canceled from my destination by the airline. However i called the United airways to see if the flight is operating on the date when my parents are traveling. Guess what? The flight is operating from Orlando not from my destination. They lied to me and they are not willing to do anything about it. They think their consumers are not potential buyers. I don't think they should be in business. This is the worst experience. Don't book tickets from them.
