I canceled one air ticket which was booked through yatra.com and even after a month, the refund amount is not credited back. Whenever I ask the yatra people, they are telling the below:
"This is with reference to your mail below under Yatra Booking Reference No.2203101933.
We would like to inform you that the refund has been successfully processed to your bank and it must be credited to your account already. Please check with your respective bank and confirm."
And next time:
"We would like to inform you that we have cross checked with Billdesk (original biller for all merchants) and according to them, the refund has been processed to your respective bank already. We request you to check the same with respective bank and provide us the scan copy of updated bank statement till date, if not received by them."

I sent my back statement alos and there is refund credited till now.
Refund amount is Rs.2650.47 and my Yatra Booking Reference No.2203101933. Please help me. They are cheating.
