Made Hotel booking under reference HTL3000562302 FOR A HOLIDAy at Coonoor BougainVillae Mahindra Homestay for 28.02.10. The Hotel Voucher included premium Plan accommodation including all meals plan. But when I reached at the hotel no one was available for check in. No direct contact number was also provided by MakemyTrip in the hotel voucher and i was unable to contact the Homestay Host. Several calls to makemytrip on 28.02.10 also did not evoke any response for a direct contact number. Their service is good only upto collection of tariff,auto sms confirmation of Booking and auto mailing of Voucher. After that they are dead as far as manual help is confirmed. They believe in using nice words Like "Sorry" apologise etc but never try to dedicate to render good service nor worried about their travellers. This appears to be non professional irresponsible travel agent making easy money fooling customers everytime!!!!!!

MakeMyTrip charged the full ticket price to my credit card, but did not issue me the ticket. Even after 10 calls to their customer support center, the ticket has not been issued. To cross-check, when I called up the airlines, they mentioned that I don't have any booking at all. Looks like they are running any business of cheating these days.
