Myself Arvind kumar, in dec 2009 i got the call from Mr.Gladwin, chandigarh club mahindra office at that time i agreed to take membership and they asked me to do the online payment, so i paid the amount of 25426, but after 5-6 days when i got the application form i came to know about ASF, so i decided not to apply for membership..i called them ..then they told me that they will return the money within 1 month..but till now i have not received any money & also they are not responding

plz advice me what to do? as i have not signed any documents
