Dear sir,

I had booked my airline ticket with goibibo.com on 19-Sep-2009 and the same was cancelled on 13-Nov-2009. While cancellation, the rep. informed me the amount will be refunded in 15days. It has been 2months yet the refund is received.
I have called customer care arount 5 times/lodged compalint in their website.. but each time they say 15working days.

During last conversation with the customer care, I insisted to give me the complaint number and sending me mail about my refund status. The compaint number is 1011039 and attached the same mail for your perusal.

Pls do the necessary for proper action against goibibo and getting me the refund.
