It was in the month of October we were invited to the pune office of high holidays through a luck draw. After a long discusion with their representative (which was hired on contract, we came to know this later) we decided to go for 5 years option for INR 35,000.00.
during the discussion we were informed that on above the invested 35,000 we would have to pay Rs 650 to 1200 max for 3-5 star hotel/resorts. We would receive the rate list for the hotels and resort with certificate and this rate would be fixed for 5 years.
We never received this rate list. We tried to book a vacation in goa for the month of January (21st Jan to 1st Feb) for 10 days in a 5 star hotel. We had submitted the request in first week of Dec. After follow up for 2 weeks we were told that they have not received any such request and it was not their fault.
After few rounds of hot discussion they send us an offer for resort in Santa Monica resort (2 star)in Goa for rs 950 per day. As we have invest 35000 for 35 days that goes as 1000 rs per days.
950+1000= 1950 is what i have to shell out for an AC room.
We send a request to the Santa mononica resort and received a feedback for Rs 1500.
Why should we pay more when we were told that High Land holidyas were to provide accomodations affordable to a commom man that would be less than the hotel rates.

We went to the pune office and the reaction we received were shocking. The representative who were during the initial discussion were not availableas they were on contract. The promises they gave were false. Were were told that the max rate for 5 star hotel would not be more than 1200 rs which was rejected by the pune office employees (Kushboo and her manager lady). Hope there names are actual.
We were promised to have any type of accomodation available anytime without compromising. But now we have to accept whatever Highland offers and at their rates.
We have invested and got stuck up.
The attitue/behavour of the employess towards the clients were horrible.
The way they behaved with us, we felt we were not even considered ad dogs. What ever and when ever they gave we should accept it.

The most shocking thing was that they were never ready to let us go to the higher authorities. No informations were provided. We were told that they are the final authorities and theres no one above them.

I am sure my hard earned money and my dreams of gifting my wife few good moments are gone leaving us deply wounded.
Request if any one can provide us a solution for this.
