m/s sterling holiday resorta (i) ltd. Had more than 10 years ago extensively
promoted their commissioning a new resort at mahabaleshwar, maharashtra.
I am a victim of theirs having purchased ''time share'' for mahabaleshwar
resort which till todate has not been commissioned and they have cheated the
buyers of ''time share''
through this posting on this board i would appeal if any other buyer or their
friends have purchsed ''time share'' for mahabaleshwar resort to get in touch
with me.
I am thinking of filing a suit against them in a consumer court and any of you
affected likewise and interested in joining me in the suit are requested to
kindly get in touch with me through e-mail, phone or address as appearing below.

Count me in. I am the sufferer for the promised property at Lonawala. I had
contacted their office in Mumbai and they said " YOU ARE MOST WELCOME TO
MOVE TO CONSUMER FORUM"- it was couple of years back when I was in Mumbai.
Please let me know what are details you need from my end in this respect.

suffered by stm teakquity company my father has also invested in this fraud company 16 years back and till this date we have never got a single penny from them.i think we all should stand against this company and and get our money back n also put those bastards behind the bars.

Sterling people are fraud. I am one of victim of sterling fraud. They have sold their royal beautiful resort of goa. And they are offering a appartment which is too cheap. It feels we have spoiled our vacations.
We should file suit against them and should ask them to refund our money with interest.
