Please find below the letter sent in June 2009. No Response on this yet.

Have been following up since June 2007 for the refund of my AI ticket which I had got cancelled and sent to your office as given below - and as advised on phone on what needs to be done.

Please find attached copy of the above mentioned letter highlighting the request for refund of the tickets booked for self and my family as under :

As can be seen from the mail all the documents were sent in the mail of 18th April consequent to speaking to your concerned person on phone.

Regret to note that till date – there has been no response on the above from your organisation for the refund of the amount – when I have paid the amount more than 2 years now.

I am giving below my updated address for reference and further communication for the refund of the tickets booked.

I think I have waited sufficiently to get the refund for the tickets booked. Please do let me know how this will be addressed quickly.
