This is B H Imtiaz i have paid Rs.10,000 towards the Travel package in the month of sep 2010. I got a agreement paper given by them for the same but now when i planning for the holiday they are cheating. I request some body to help me out to take back the money from them legally. We were invited to their office notifying that we have been selected lucky winners from a lucky dip at a local Mall. The call we got was on 26/11.'09. At the end, they talked about the special offer of 1,68,000 INR (without the offer, INR 3,68,000) for a 30 yrs membership with RCI. The decision had to be taken right at the moment. Seeing that we were reluctant to take a decision on such a big amount that soon, they offered another package of INR 10,000. This included a one-week trip to anywhere in India, with the coverage of accommodation costs and discounts on travel/food/shopping costs.

Finally we decided to try out the INR 10,000. We paid by debit card, and the card was taken away from us. The amount was debited the same day, and a receipt was given in their name (Receipt No. 1885, Dated- 30/11/'09). It was informed that we will get a call from their call center in Bangalore the very next day. Not only we haven't received any calls from them yet, regarding the membership or offers, but we could also see many number of complaints against this company and their fraudulence on web-forums and blogs.

We would like to find if there are other people in this community who have been victims of this fraudulence and have a strong mass complaint filed against the mentioned company.

I also got this call from A J Heritaje. They called me for free kitchen items and 25000 gift voucher for a holiday package. I am glad that I found this thread and would never go for it. One difference is that it was not a Chennai based but Bangalore based company. Here is the address where they asked me to come with my husband. The person who called was VIKHAR AHMED called from 080-32218715

I received a call today from AJ Heritage stating that we have won a gift coupon to stay in any one of resorts (Moonar/Goa/Oooty) free of cost. A free gift is being given. Come with the family and collect your free gift coupon. I asked them whether I have to pay something to take the gift coupon. He refused to say and said that we do not have to pay a pie, we have to spend only on travel.
