Sub: dream boats travel agent in kerala

The bookings were make for a trip to Kerala thru Dream Boats for 7 persons out of that only 1 person could not attend the trip and for the same they had charged us full amount. Even after the details for cancellation were given, the cancellation amount was not refunded. It was worst experience to deal with travel agent - DREAM BOATS!!!!
