    Angry Money not deposited after ticket cancellation through APSRTC online

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have booked the ticket using Online Reservation System provided by APSRTC using credit card. Later I have cancelled the ticket online itself, but money is not deposited to the credit card account till date . As per the APSRTC website, money will be deposited in 30 days at maximum to credit card.

    Please find the ticket details below.

    User Id: phanibhushan.g
    Ticket no: 5468698

    The ticket was cancelled on 15/07/2009.

    Please tell me how to get the money back.

    Default apstrc didnt return back the money to the account after cancellation

    Hi,
    I have booked a ticket online and I have cancelled the ticket the same day.
    I got a message your money will be sent back to the account within 1 hour.
    But till date I have not received the amount.

    Related Details are:

    Ticket No. : 9441905 Service Code : 1327
    Cancellation Date: 15/01/2010 Refund Amount: 630.00
