    I had taken my membership in club mahindra resorts in fabruary. My
    membership number is 1438868. As they cheated with me, the plan that they
    gave me. In the same month, I had given them request to cancel my
    registration through email and telephone. It is clear mentioned that we can
    cancel our registration in 3 months with full money refund. I had given them
    25000/- through credit card. There web site address is

    Default Club Mahindra gives false assurance & commitments at the time of selling

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have been given a complimentary holiday offer (vide certificate no.
    533634592) for 2 nights 3 days at the time of taking membership of Club
    Mahindra (Membership no. 1549460).

    One of their staff from Sales department, Mrs Manashi Basak has assured me
    to provide 2 rooms for two nights 3 days at Fort Raddison, Raichak, West
    Bengal. Accordingly, I have registered my request on 10th Oct?09 at MRC
    through reference no. 392067 for a reservation on 20th and 21st Nov?09 at
    Fort Raddison, Raichak and I was assured that with in 48 hours I will
    receive a communication on my reservation status.

    Again on 15th Oct?09, I got in touch with MRC to check status of my
    reservation request since I have not received any communication from
    Member Relationship Centre (MRC). Then a person from MRC has come out with
    a different story and communicated to me that 20th and 21st Nov?09 are
    coming under RED season of Fort Radisson and I need to shift my
    reservation request by a week. Accordingly I have requested for 27th and
    28th Nov?09 night. This time too, I was given same assurance that within
    48 hours I will be communicated. But I never received a communication from
    MRC.

    However, I have not left my hope, again on 20th Oct?09 I got in touch with
    MRC and a person called, Adhi has come out with another story and said, he
    can?t give any assurance since Fort Radisson does not belong to Club
    Mahindra. However, he has assured me to revert back within 48 hours.

    Ultimately, today morning I have realized it while talking to MRC people
    that Club Mahindra is no way different than any other small organization
    who runs Holiday resort time sharing business and gives false assurance
    and commitment to their customers at the time of selling. Since I have
    such a bad experience with Club Mahindra at the beginning, I can?t think
    of 25 years of long association.

    In view of the above, I would requested M/s Club Mahindra to pay back my
    money that I have already paid to Club Mahindra towards membership and I
    am no more interested to be associated with their organization for my
    holiday plan and its implementation.

    *This is in reference to my mail dated on 13th Oct & 26th Oct 2009.*

    Till date *NO ONE FROM CLUB MAHINDRA HAS TRY TO CONTACT ME.*

    *Case so far :* I have taken club mahindra membership. While filling the
    form i have mention very specifically not to do ECS system on my Axis bank
    Account. but to my surprise they have started deducting my ECS from my
    account. Due to my prior planning i had no fund at that time in my account
    and bank rejected my ECS. Same day i inform Mr. Alex from Borivali branch of
    club mahindra, that i have face this problem. He assure me that this wont
    happen again. I have requested him to send me email or give me letter
    stating that it was club mahindra error. and they wont repeat it and will
    pay my bank charges. but to my surprise entire team of borivali branch
    avoiding my calls.

    To my surprise they have done the same thing next month as well. I am very
    disappointed because this reflect very badly in my band statement. till date
    i have not received any reply from club mahindra.

    I am very surprise how they promise to keep relation ship for 25 long
    years.???

    I just want to thing from Club Mahindra:
    1) Stop my ECS and can collect cash or cheque hence forth.
    2) Give me appology letter.

    Lets see if I get reply this time

    Default A Year post my Cancellation of Club Mahendra membership

    On 27th November 2008, I had taken membership of Club Mahendra, the membership ID provided to me was `1416511' post my payment of Rs.23,782/-. Because of certain personal problem, requested them to cancel the same on 1st December 2008. Had to repeat this request many times, finally on August 13, 2009, received E.Mail from them, source : `feedback@Clubmahindra.com' , with the name Dilpreet Kaur, Member Relations, that my refund cheque will be despatched on 10th Ocober 2009.

    Sad to stae that till date, i.e. 1st December 2009 yet to receive the same. No information on the status of the same has been provided, though in November 2009, further rang them up & e-mailed too.

    Service industry is supposed to pay special attention to Customer Care, So how will Club mahindra define it.
