Dear Sir.

I have been contact after my repeated calls and mails .From the booking amount of Rs 13500 I have been refunded an amount of 4500 approx as I was communicated by their Dy Mgr and assured the balalnce would be credited within 2days time This discussion took place on 5th of Aug 2010, which happens to be over 40 days of my depositing the booking amount.

Please help!!

Dear Sir /Maam,

I had booked my ticket to Vancouver through Yatra Kolkata City office.I had paid a booking amount of Rs 13500 /- vide my debit card and recieved a reciept for the same vide reciept no-36214.

As I wanted to change the dates of my trip I requested the same and was told that I will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs.5000 (approx) would be levied and then they could refund the balance amount or rebook a new ticket.(whic is as per the communication through email attached)

I have made several phone calls to number - at the yatra city office ,for the refund but till date there has been no resolution to my query and therefore I am yet to recieve the refund of the balalce amount .
Infact the experience with Yatra has been so bitter becasue there is no way that any authority in their city booking office can single handedly address my request.

Yatra had promised to refund me in 15days and today its over 40 days !!

I would request the authorities to look into the matter and give me a solution.

3rd class travel agency 'Dolphin" dont go with it waste of money and time, food given by them is given to begger, dont have any time calculations, mangers - behavevior is too bad, pls pls requets to every oney dont go with them.

we booked the trip for pattaya,Safari ,& Floating market with SIAM AND SMILLE TRAVEL(CON NO.022454919)in bangkok.. Lady called Nisa who was going to arrange everything & she charged 10000 Bhat for 2 pax. we payed 2500 in advance...
bt on the same day we came to know that she had overcharged us by almost 3500 Bhat.then we called her to cancel our trip & for refund so she refused and said it is not refundable..and said paid more 1900 baht for safari otherwise she will not send the bus to pick us from the hotel and our deposited amount 2500 will go waste.she spoke with us very rudely....Then we had to pay 1900 +2500 baht for only for safari park for 2 pax.....she cheated us..

i recommend to everybody who is planning for bangkok . dont book any tour with this Siam And smile travel ...you can book the same package at sukumvit area at a very cheaper service charge.

so please guide us how to complaint against this travel agency?

Kala @ Jagtar Singh Dasundia is a Cheater agent, Plz all beaware fron him.

I have cheated by a Travel agent. he is in Mohali city. His name is gavy. His office is in Sec 70 Mohali. In the month of May he gave me entry permit visa and airline tickets for cyprus . He has taken Rs. 1.70 lac for this. The air ticket was confirmed which was on the 4th june, 2012. but on 3rd june he cancelled the ticket. now i have the entry permit visa given by him which has been expired. but now he is not returning my money. i know his visa was fake and he has taken lot of money for that from us. we are 8 people who are being cheated by him. please help us.

I am cheated by travelyaari.com web site.
as i book the ticket from Delhi to Ahmedabad ( Slipeer) but as i talk to given Telephone no on ticket.
person saying that after udaipur they will provide me seating not sleeper . i do't get any information regarding this when i was booking ticket so please take necessary action about such kind of cheating.

As i compare the price.
Ticket price form Delhi to Udaipur is - 550 ( Sleeper Non AC)
Ticket price form Udaipur to Ahmedabad - 350 (Sleeper Non AC)
So total price is 900 RS.

I am paying 1000 from delhi to ahmedabad after paying 100 rupees extra travellers saying that they will not provide sleeper after ahmedabad.
