I booked a ticket for my Uncle (James Dhavaraj) from chennai to Jharsuguda.

I got this booked through the following agent by getting details from Justdial.

The agent promised to get a confirmed birth. At the time of booking it showed a waiting list 23. He said he will put emergency quota and got 1400/- for 3rd A/C ticket. The actual ticket cost is 1088.

On the day of journey the agent said that he got an email confirmation for the emergency quota and asked my uncle to board into the train. When we checked the pnr status after chart preparation it showed waiting list of 10. We asked him again and he said not to worry as emergency quoto will not be reflected in the pnr status.

On boarding, my uncle was disappointed to know that this guy has cheated him. He asked to call in case of any issues. After 9.00pm he switched both his landline and mobile phone. We tried calling him several times to check that till 11.00 pm.

My uncle asked the ttr and found that this agent has not booked any emergency quota. He has to returned back home.

I request you to do justice and help me to get the money back from the agent. Its all a waste of time since we waited for four days for a ticket and found eventually its not of any use.
