Dear Sir,
I had enrolled as a member in Club Mahindra on 28/06/2008 after a salesman came over
to our house and convinced us about the highlights of the membership. He also told
that full refund would be given of the advance amount if the membership is cancelled
within 10 days. We in our family had second thoughts about the membership and I gave
a written letter for cancellation of the membership to their office at RMall, Mulund
on 04-07-2008. The letter was handed over to the same salesman Mr. Mujib Shaikh and
he acknowledged receipt of the same. He also assured that the payment would be made
within 1 month.
I have been writing reminders after remunders every month for getting this refund of
Rs.41122/- I had paid, but there is no proper response. Whenever they give a date,
they do not pey by that date and till now I have not received the refund.
The papers are with their Vashi office and I have been contacting Mr. Sudip
Pokhriyal and Mr Manish Bagwe for this.
I wish to know the right procedure to adopt from now onwards, so that a proper case
can be developed against them. I have all their e-mails promising payment within
some periods as proof.
I seek help from you in this regard.
