I booked my train ticket on Gorakhdham express , for Bhiwani to lucknow, through Sonu Travels, office near Bhiwani Railway station. Bhiwani Haryana.
I contacted Mr Damodar( the owner) on phone he told me that it will be possible only on 'tatkal' which I agreed, when I enquired about the fare he told me approx Rs 1450 per berth.
As I have booked my tickets earlier also through these booking agents I understand that they charge something between rs 50-100 per berth as their comission over and above the ticket ammount.
When I went to collect the tickets, I was shocked when he demanded an ammount of Rs 1600 over the ticket value of Rs 2465.00 (Rs 600 per berth.
There was no where in his office adisplay of the comission or the rates at which he charges his services. This is like being robbed in the broad day light for which I could not protest much to him as I felt that I should have asked his rate earlier but if through this forum He is dealt with may be other innocent people can be saved..
PLEASE ASSIST!
