I Had Travelled From Nagpur To Hyderabad On 5th June .I.E. On Tuesday Night by Khurana Travels. I Had Booked AC Sleeper Bus (Bus No MH 31 CB 999)Through Travelyaari Website (PNR PNR: 31492727-9542121393586 Ticket No:3331213108049). My Seat Number Was Given As DL. On The Day Of Boarding, I Was Puzzled To See My Seat . It Had No AC, No Fan, No Light And Was At The Dead End Of The Bus. There Was "CLEANER" Written On That Seat. I Had Taken Photographic Evidence Of The Seats As A Precautionary Measure. For A Seat That Has No Ventilation, AC, Light You Have Charged Me 850 Rs. On Top Of That Driver And His Assistant Were Taking People From Random Destinations. They Were Made To Sit Next To My Seat. Is This The Way You Treat Your Customers??? Agreed That Since I Have Booked Ticket At The Last Moment I Expected The Seat To Be At The End Of The Bus. I Was Prepared For That. But To Have A Seat Devoid Of Everything And Seeing That Cleaners Seat Being Given To Me Is Unprofessional. I Want Your Explanation On This Issue. In Case You Need More Evidence, I Can Provide You. I Wish You Respond To My Complaint As Soon As Possible Otherwise I Will Be Forced To Resort To Legal Opinion.
Also, if such a seat is made available on Travel yaari website, is it not the responsibility of the website to atleast check such seats?? The seat was dirty with the mattress and the sheets(incidentally nothing else was provided, not even a pillow!!!) stinking of smell. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend khurana travels to anyone in near future.
