I have also faced the problem with Agarwal Packers & Movers- they delivered DAMAGED material ( TV, Fridge, Micro-oven, Box-bed, Crockeries etc) and since 15 days I am contracting Mrs. G Sarala, Claims Head, but No Reply from her end. Its a FRAUD Company. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH " AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS ( DRS GROUP ). BEAWARE FROM THEM.

I had shifted my households goods from mumbai to kolkata by safe times packers and movers. In kolkata I have received the broken cot, dining tables parts and chair are missing. All these things become useless completely and just kept at corner of a room now.
The executives of this company either do no pick up the call or give false commitment to visit at my place and settle down the matter. Its being now more than a week and I become fatigue by following them up. There was a insurance amount paid by me to safe time during transfer of goods, but they donot let me know the way to claim the amount even.
Help required in understanding the process to get claim. At the same time, I want to notify others to beware of getting services from Safe times packers and logistics.

Micro packers:
I relocated from hyderabad to banglore i had chosen micro packers they said that it will cost 10000 Rs but later they collected 15000 saying that 2000 Rs for my insurance claims.They didnt bring their lorry they brought small vechile and they shifted in two rounds.The executive(Ramchander) while taking advance token said that we will get the delivery on 09-08-2012 morning.But Today it is 10-08-2012.Almost Three days now when iam calling them they are saying the vechile is under repair in the transit the are saying i shall get it 2marrow but i think these people are telling lies i dont believe their words when ever i call them they are not responding properly and they are behaving rudely. I just want to file an case on them because during loading it was 07-08-2012 but on receipts they mentioned 08-08-2012.These people even delivered my local consignment at 10 PM which i had booking in Morning 11AM. so please dont use this service at all and they dont explain the thing properly in detail during Quotation

I needed moved the people things by mumbai to be able to kolkata by simply safe times packers along with movers. Throughout kolkata We have obtained the actual shattered cot, food tables pieces along with couch usually are lost. Most of these factors turn out to be worthless absolutely and stored at nook of the bedroom right now.

THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY FRAUD

I moved the following items from pune to Mumbai :
-two mattresses
-one bag
-one scooty

they quoted an amount of 6200 for this. YES that much. after which their men came and took RS 150/- for filling up forms they said (which was illegal which I figured out after calling the head office). Even after all this these men , forced me to pay them an extra tip of Rs350.It doesn't end here, the delivery comes to me after "1 week", just to come from pune,wakad to mubai.These men while giving the delivery asked me to pay an extra amount of RS 1200 for OCTROI which they had said they would include in the quotation "6200" I had already paid up on spot while loading. after fighting with them for over an hour, increasing traffic in my lane,and finally threatening to take the matter legally as I the bills,they loaded down my scooty. I went through such a turmoil I regret using this service at all, and would suggest people don't use it either. IT IS TERRRIBLE!!!!!!!
