Respected Sir/ Mam,

I am Kapil Kabra purchased a online ticket for a bus travel from Pune to Akola in Arrow Travels(Rachana Simba) on 05/04/2012.The redbus ticket number is TE5532985666 and the PNR number is ARTPPDFT66348475 and was charged with 450 Rs.
When I reached the pickup point, the Rachana Travels executive said that he doesnt see any ticket booked and moreover, he said Rachana travels never issues tickets online on redbus.However, when I booked the whole bus had a chart with unbooked seats.When contacted redbus, their executives said we have to make our own arrangements to travel,they cannot make any arrangements in this case and this is certainly not their fault.
Being weekend,all the buses were jammed packed so I hardly found any seat until a Rachana executive gave me a uncomfortable driver cabin seat for 250 Rs.I had to travel sleeplessly the whole night due to unauthorized filling of driver cabin seats due to which I am suffering from innumerable physical problems.
So, I request you to take a strict action and make them ​compensate for the inconvenience caused.
