I booked a return ticket for two passenger including me from dubai to delhi

travel date 22nd march and return date 25th march.

my return flight of kingfisher IT-41 got cancelled and i requested for a refund by calling to makemytrip customer support.

they always told me to wait for next 48 hours and say that you will receive a mail or call by our senior team which never happened.

I called them 3 times and it cost me around 50 AED each time i call them but till now no response from them. I think they just take money and forget to refund in case of cancellation.
