Hello.
I had booked bus ticket from Ahmedabad(Gujarat) to New Delhi dated 12/03/2012 ticket No:TE4C73334578 for the NON-A/C Sleeper.
The bus ran on the schedule time from Ahmedabad but at Jaipur, the Bus owner de-board all of the passenger that are for New Delhi and there we all are waited for about 1hour and then broad us all in another local bus in which we get seating.
The bus from jaipur is kind of local bus..not a DELUX bus and it get stopped for every passenger on the route for boarding. Now the time taken from jaipur to Delhi in that bus was 8hrs and for the late running of bus schedule, we suffer alot from the professional point of view as well as health point of view.

The changing of bus at Jaipur wasn't told to any customer at the time of booking of ticket and the redbus customer executive ensured as that the bus will reach us 12'O Clock in noon on next day. Also they had charged for sleeper but provided seating from Jaipur.

Please look down this issue as this kind of problem is suffer-able by all of the customer who wish to travel through bus from ahmedabad to delhi. and the redbus official is not looking down this issue seriously.
