I have been at the receiving end of the red bus who haven't refunded me my money. I had made a bus booking from dwarka to ahmedabad[B]. A sum of Rs. 4180 was given by me to their executive which is cash on delivery .due to some family problem i cancelled all my ticket. On 1st [B]of January they agreed to issues be a full refund within 5 working days which they confirmed be via sms. I have been waiting for [COLOR=#009900 !important]my payment[/COLOR] since then and have been calling them repeatedly and they assure me of a payment each time but I haven't received any from their end so far. I am [COLOR=#009900 !important]attaching[/COLOR] the mail that I received from their end. Can you please help me with this issue?
