Hi,

I had booked a ticket through TNSTC website on 29Jan2012 for a journey on 30Jan2012 at 3:00AM. When i reached the venue, the official in TNSTC office has mentioned that, the bus on the specified timing has been cancelled a long back and it was wrongly mentioned in the website. It was really devastating for me to be there in the busstand in that untime with my sister and wife for 2 hours with no direction. I had missed my office for the next day and it was horrible on that part as well. On the other hand , the official has mentioned that the refund is not possible and its hardly oneway transfer of money.
Please help me, to take action against TNSTC.
