I made online booking of Bus ticket from TravelYaari.com for Mumbai to shirdi and then return ticket for one person from shirdi to mumbai and for another shirdi to Bangalore
My journey date was 31st jan 2012 11.45 pm. I waited from 11 pm to 1.30 am but no bus arrived of concerned travel agency.
I tried to call on contact nos given by travelyari but there was no response.
Next day i contacted with Travelyaari and then told that it was due to some miscommunication between travel agent and travel yari that passenger info was not updated. So bus went through different route.
What type of attitude is this. i booked ticket 10 days before journey date and still they could not coordinate with travel agency.
Because of there unprofessional work i was not able to catch even returning bus and lost around 2000 rs. In return to my monetary loss and problem i faced for waiting at midnight at bus stand, travelyari people are saying they will refund only one way ticket from mumbai to shirdi.
I think travelyari should take full responsibilty of the problem they caused to me and refund me all the money i lost.

I would strongly recommend other travelers to better go for other trusted booking sites for online booking of there tickets.
