I would like to lodge a complaint against the company goibibo.com website which deals with ticketing of airlines.i booked my tickets and got it cancelled and its been 30 days since they havent refunded my amount to my account.they have been making fake promises about my refund.i have called them day in and day out but now i have given up.i also cross checked from my bank if in case there was a problem from their end but it isnt.i need my money back.i need to get them take me seriously.i spoke to their supervisors they just make fake excuses and fake promises.
