I am srikanth from Hyderabad, unfortunately i am a victim of Cleartrip, i have booked two tickets from Hyderabad to tirupati using cleartrip.

the amount has been charged from me but the ticket booking is failed, clear trip has charged Rs.747 from my bank account. and sent an email saying

We're very sorry, but we were unable to confirm your Hyderabad-Tirupati one-way trip and you have been charged Rs. 747. Please do not panic – We are trying to confirm your booking. If the confirmation does not happen, we will refund the amount you have paid. Please call us in the next 15 minutes to know the latest on your booking. For any assistance please call(7 AM to 10 PM - Indian time): 91 22 4130 0300 (standard STD / local charges apply), 800 22 5327 (toll free from MTNL/BSNL).

see the words.. dont be panic... this is to say they are doing this by means. i have called the customer care after 30 mins or so.. Anthonty an common name guy picked the call and said "I understand, i cannot do anything" your money will be refunded in 7-14 working days time..

I am unable to understand and get an answer from cleartrip, why they have charged in seconds and why they refund in 7-14 workings days time.

and the customer care is worst..
