I booked my Bike From Faridabad to Jajpur (Orissa) on 5th November,2011 with Swastik Packers and Movers.
The agreement was made for door to door service and I was told that my bike would reach Jajpur within 05 days and maximum 06 days.
I was Charged about Rs 3400/- by them, while their other competitors were charging around Rs 4000/-.
I was asked by my father not to trust this name but i wanted to give a shot to them.

My bike was delivered to me 16 days later that to a place which is 32 kilometers away from my residence at Jajpur and that in a very bad condition.

There were scratches all over the bike with some major and deep marks on the rear side.
Its control system was not working including the battery.
There was water in my petrol tank which choked the carburetor.

I was asked by the truck wala to collect the bike myself and that to within a day or else Rs 200/- will charged per day for the delay.
Right from the sixth day till the 16th day I regularly had to call the Swastik Packers and Movers guy at Faridabad zone, most of the time which he didnt turned up and rarely if he picks his number then to everytime i had to hear nonsense of different types.
From the 9th day onward he stopped picking up his mobile. Then I had to call their Head office at Hyderabad, from where i did got a response but that was also not a reliable one.

Moreover I had to take halfday leave to get to the place where the truck driver dropped my bike. In addition to this when i reached at the site the scene was pathetic. My bike was laid on ground covered with a sack behind a Beetle Shop.

My total expense for all this came out to be much more and with a lot of discomfort.

The driver infact asked, i mean ordered me to give Rs 200 to the shop owner and then only he will give me by bike.
Moreover when I told all about this at their head office, the reply was "sir please take some pains for this, we cannot guarantee the driver because its not our truck".

I am totally and extremely Unsatisfied and highly disappointed with Swastik Packers and Movers and i want my money back from them.
