BIGGETS MISTAKE-TRANSPORTATION HOUSEHOLD GOODS THROUGH AGARWAL PACKERS & MOVERS
i am praveen sharma from lucknow. i have shifted my house hold goods from Faridabad to Lucknow from M/S Agarwal Movers and packers on 17/7/2011.Quotation given by Agarwal movers and packers for shifting household goods was Rs.33165/-.It was the highest quotation among all i got from other transporter.Inspite of High quotation i choose Agarwal Movers and packers because of brand name.At the time of dealing it was finalised that they will give me a discount of Rs.3000/- in this Amount.from very first day i was dealing in Delhi office with Mr.Jinu John(DGM relocations)-9311084864. He has commited that you made full payment and you will get discounted money from lucknow office.From july to till date i am continuously following with Mr. john, but i did not receive my Money. one week ago Mr. John told me that you forgot about money you will not get anything.Preciously Agarwal movers staffs are big cheaters.After refusal from Mr. John side i contacted Mr. Prdeep Goyal(9312407765) in delhi office,he said i will look into this matter.after one day he stopped picking up my phone.sorry to say but no response from company side.i have all messages by Mr.john stating that you will dafinately get money.In whole matter, my mistake is that i have made full payment by keeping faith in mr. john words.He is useless person good for nothing.He even can not keep his words,i dont know how he is hoding a position of DGM in a company.

Kindly look in to this matter and help me in getting my money back.
