Hi,

I am Rajesh and i booked a ticket in red bus - Raksha Travels from Bangalore to vijayawada.

Details of the ticket:

Date of travel : 4-10 - 2011. Departure time : 10.45 PM.
Ticket No: TDAY75986244 Seat No: B2

I reached the stop before 10.45, even after 11 the bus didnt reach my point, hence I contacted the bus and i was told that the passenger has already on board.
I was surprised how can some one be there on the B2 as i reserved the seat.
So i returned back home and then called red bus.
They apologised to what has happened, so i asked for the refund.
But they said they will not refund the money but will give a ticket again from bangalore to vijayawada.
I dont need the ticket as I am not a frequent traveller, so i wanted my money back.
Kindly help me to get the re-imbursement done.
