Hello All,

I have booked my luggage from Mumbai to Ghaziabad (UP)with Southline Packers and Movers, Thane, Mumbai. At the time of booking it was discussed that this company will bear the insurance charges and they told me that insurance paper will be handed over to me at the time of delivery but it was not handed over to us at the time of delivery and every time i called the concrened person for insurance he tries to avoid the things that shows they have made a fraud by telling us lie about the insurance and save that amount.

At the time of delivery at Ghaziabad firstly there people refused to unload the luggage so we have to unload the luggage of our own. After that when we opened our luggage in front of their person we found that all electronic / electrical items are badly damaged ie Plastic body of TV was badly damaged, Microwave is totaly crushed and Fridge was badly dented and all the cartons were badly handled by them.

Me and my family members made a no of calls to this company regarding the investigation and complensation but the guy Rajesh Sharma (Mobile No.- 9920255486)tries to avoid by puting some excuse everytime.

After a no. of repeated calls i directly told them that i am moving to consumer cell and they replied they sure you can file a complain in the consumer cell. That statement shocked me and shows that they dont care about customers.

I would request all to suggest some outcome so the protect from such kind of incedents and how to get compensation of my damaged luggage and trouble caused to us.
