I had booked a 20 feet container for transfer of house hold goods from Mysore to Varanasi.Since thr agent had not brought the seal, I put my own lock on the container.The same was to be delivered to me at Varanasi. But when the truck came to Varanasi, the container was different and there was an additional consignment of another person from Gundlapet to Patna. Obviously the agent had broken my lock and transfered my luggage into another container. In the bargain, the packages had broken and my furniture damaged. Losses are yet to be discovered.
