I had tried booking a ticket through redbus.in from Bangalore to Belgaum on the 19th April 2011.
I selected the seat, transferred the amount to redbus account through my credit card, the transaction was successful.
After that, i got the message " Attention: Your payment of Rs. 450 was received by redBus but ticket could not be issued! "
and also the message that the Rs. 450 will be refunded to you by Tuesday, April 26, 2011.

I have provided the reference number, bank statement of the transaction, and additional details.
Till now the redbus has not refunded.

And additionally, i have been calling them from the 21st April, 2011 till date (23rd May, 2011), but, they just say that they dont know anything about the transaction.

So, have i Lost my money and cheated by redBus.in ?

I booked the ticket from redbus. my bus was at 11.15.
but due to some personal prob i was about to cancel the ticket.

they are pathetic.

there cancellation policy says that -24 hours its 25%

but when i went and checked in website it was 50%.
when i called up customer care, they are saying its 1st boarding point time.
really cheating people. bcoz my boarding was at 11.15


and also the SRS ppl only giving 10% cacellation but these ppl are charging more than them. if we compare travelers and redbus cancellation policy its huge.

please take a serious action against them.
