Hello.. I have opted one transporter to shift my house hold things from Pune to Chennai.. Two weeks back all my things packed and took away from my Pune house. But still not delivered at Chennai.. Even I repeatedly call them both Pune and Chennai office they keep on changing the date of delivery.. Can anyone suggest me.. How to deal with that transporter..

My complaints are as under:
1. Consignment had assured me delivery after 5 day from the booking date I contacted them several times over phone every time they excused by giving many reasons . Now almost three months has crossed the booked items is not delivered.
2. They charged money for insurance but after contact thy are not giving any positives response.
3. They did not properly note down list of all the articles packed nor their value.

Please take necessary action
