I am not satisfied with Make My trip service.
I has been two times that my booking has been failed. This time my money also has been deducted. I am following up the customer supprt team but no benifit.

No I dont know what to do exactly.

I think MakeMyTrip is not a godd site for online reservations.

I need my money Back.

I am Vikram saha of Binnaguri, Dist: Jalpaiguri ,Pin: 735203, WB. I own an internetcafe under which I also book flight tickets and always prefer makemytrip for my booking. mam/sir actually last month i booked a flight of amount around 23000 to 24000. the customer later on changed his plan of going and we cancelled the ticket. while we cancelled the ticket a message pop out generating message that your cash will be refunded within 15 days. but now about 1 month is over and our amount has not been refunded.

My booking FLT000015966100 in makemytrip.com from Bhubaneswar to Delhi, has been cancelled due to strike in Air India on 25th May 2010.

I have initiated the process on 26th May 2010 and was expected to get Refund on 2nd June 2010.

But after more than 1 month,i have not got the refund.

I have already contacted customer care so many times, but every time they are saying it will be resolved in 24 hr or 48 hrs. but nothing happened till date.

I have mailed also several times but not result. I have also submitted the eticket stampped by the Airport manager for full refund and also bank receipt. But every time they are saying to wait for 48 hrs or 72 hrs

Please help me in refund the amount to my account.

i am rajib i was booked air tiket 28th oct.2010 but my booking was un sucessful. 20days left MakeMYtrips not refund my payment.my booking ID-NF251411367082.

I am very disapoinded with Make My trip service.
I had book hotel in jaipur and when i reached there i didn't get the rooms. i payed all amount in adwance (Rs 7900) and the hotel people say we dont have rooms avalables then they write on vocher to get your money back but now when i call customer supprt no body will tall to me and they won answer my calls pls help me what shoud i do now. I need my money Back. its headly herted money. govt. should have to close this kind of such aginces.
