I had my worst experience in Sangita travels ever, firstly they charged Rs. 950 per head for the ticket and the A/C Volvo 2 seater ticket ,Actual arrival time was at 11pm and bus come by 12.30, that too a normal AC bus. till 1am they where roaming around the city to fill the vacant seats. And reached Bangalore at 9am.As we are ready to pay such a big amount based on the timing scheduled on our activity. Sir, please tell me is this the kind of service you would expect from a bus service on that high price? Should the staff be not kind to the customer when the mistake is at their end? Is it not the responsibility of the travels to be on time and also check the bus cleanliness before boarding the new passengers? Sir, I kindly request to do the needful for the same, so that such a discomfort is not caused to any customer in future. And to take action against the agency for creating such a nuisance.
