i booked my ticket frm irctc site frm loucknow to delhi but due to any
reasion the payment

to the irctc is not made but the amount (Rs. 294) is detacted my a/c no
30446959411 (tulsipur distt. balrampur branche)atm
card no is 6220180 262100048947

which Transaction ID 0156410256 on the date of 3rd of nov


please help me for returning my amount an image file of irctc is also
attached

please take apropriate action for
this..

mera naam rajesh tripathi hai aur hum bihar se likh raha hun ki yeh company fraud hai.

humne 5 ticket patna se delhi ke liye book karaya tha. lekin hmra paisa kat gva.

par ticket nahi mila hun.

humne dubara reservation karaya thatha delhi pahuncha..

Please hum bas yahin kahna chahta hu is site ko band kar deve.

SIR , i tried to book a ticket for sl class from delhi to yusufpur on 22.01.2010 in sadbhawana exp with transaction no .0177821743and sbi dedit card was used bank trans no.002272953246although money total 333 deducted from account but ticket was not booked .initially failed ticket refund column was showing settlement pending but now showing settlement done but money is not transfered back to my account
