My Maruthi Swift VXI TN01 AD 7927 met with an accident on 17.06.2010.When the authorized dealer ARAS PV has requested more than 30 days to repair them, Kumaresan Motors (BOSCH Car Service) at Tuticorin has accepted to do the same within 30 days. So I left my car to them on the 18.06.2010.
Sorry to say that I have been tormented from then by them in all means. No answering of phones, no proper response even when in person (Max.the workshop remains opened with no one to answer), pestering for money, more than what has been projected, quarrelling approach (by Mr.Saravanan). They have projected an amount of Rs.152,000 for a work of Rs.80,000+ ( quoted by ARAS, Authorised Maruthi dealer). They have almost snatched an amount of Rs.130,000 from my side by their awkward behaviour, for which I have receipts. Inspite of all payments from me, they have delivered the vehicle after a long span of 75days (really very awful), still with some incomplete works.
Now when it comes to Insurance claim, the Insurance people almost threw away the claims saying that the parts are charged more than 3 to 4 times the dealer price. Also Kumaresan Motors have claimed for the windshield which had no damage during the accident. So the Insurance people are denying to accept their Bills with no TIN number, code no of the spare parts & exorbitant billing. And now they fraudulently promised me a new bill with all requirements of Insurance people very soon and not answering any of our calls. I am helpless and not aware of, how to go for the insurance claim.
Thereafter I have launched a complaint with BOSCH CAR SERVICE, thru internet and BOSCH representatives Mr.Sridhar & Mr.Kumaresh fired the proprietor of Kumaresan Motors for their shameful service and the exorbitant billing. Finally Mr.Saravanan & Mr.Vinoth of Kumaresan Motors have accepted to give a new Bill for the Ins. Claims with proper pricing, code & refund the exorbitant billing amount of Rs.30,000 + 2000 Fuel price for they have used my car for more than 300+Kms without my permission. Now they have given the Bill and are dragging for the refund of the said amount.
Hence I request your goodselves to get me refunded my due of Rs.32,000 + the cost I have spent on Taxi's ( aprox.20,000) for the span of 75 days and a compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- for the mental agony I have faced & was put into, during these torturing days.
